What is an Accredited Specialist?

In addition to having extensive experience in their chosen field of law, Accredited Specialists are solicitors who have completed an advanced, peer reviewed program of study in that field through the Queensland Law Society and have received Accreditation from the Specialist Accreditation Board. To maintain Accreditation, a Specialist must undertake continuous education in their area of specialty, and maintain a high level of involvement in this area in their day to day practice. Look for the Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist logo that confirms a Solicitor has received Accreditation from the Law Society.
